Introduction to epoxy coal tar steel pipe

Product Introduction: Epoxy coal tar asphalt steel pipe is a coating made of epoxy resin, coal tar asphalt, and filler, which is reinforced with glass cloth on the surface of the steel pipe. This product is also known as 2 cloth 1 oil, 3 cloth 2 oil, 4 cloth 3 oil. Currently, it is mainly used for the outer wall of buried or underwater steel oil, gas, water, and heating pipelines, as well as for concrete structures such as steel structures, docks, ships, water gates, gas storage tanks, refinery equipment and concrete pipes, sewage tanks, bathrooms, basements, etc. The temperature of the conveying medium is not 110 ℃, and it has functionality.

Product usage: Steel pipes for pipelines, thermal equipment, mechanical industry, petroleum and geological drilling, container steel pipes, chemical industry steel pipes, steel pipes, etc.

Product features: The coating of this product is smooth, dense, hard, with strong adhesion, salt alkali resistance, seawater resistance, soil microbial corrosion resistance, and good penetration of plant roots and stems. The composite use of paint and glass fiber cloth can enhance the mechanical properties of the layer; Room temperature coating, natural curing, easy to apply, can be manually or mechanically applied, suitable for on-site use.

Index: Epoxy coal tar coatings are divided into two categories based on their functional use: epoxy coal tar primer and epoxy coal tar topcoat. According to the solid content, it is divided into two types: solvent-free type (GH 201) and thick slurry type (GH 202). It is also divided into heat-resistant type (used within 150 ℃, with W added) and standard type (used within 100 ℃) according to the heat-resistant temperature of the coating during use, for users to choose according to actual engineering requirements.
