Hydraulic feedback thickening pump

The principle of hydraulic feedback pumping is to use the weight of crude oil in the oil pipe to form a hydraulic feedback force, which helps the pumping rod to overcome the resistance of heavy oil and move downwards. The pump consists of two pumps with different diameters connected in series, with the upper part being a large-diameter pump and the lower part being a small-diameter pump. A circular chamber is formed between the lower plunger and the upper pump barrel. During the upward stroke, the oil outlet valve closes, the annular chamber increases, the internal pressure decreases, and the well fluid enters the annular chamber through the lower cylinder disc; During the downstroke, the annular chamber decreases, the pressure inside the chamber increases, and the oil outlet valve opens, allowing the oil to enter the pump's oil pipe. At this time, the hydraulic feedback force generated by the plunger on the pump increases the downward force of the plunger, overcoming the difficulty of the rod column downward caused by the thick oil, and enabling the oil pump to produce normally in the thick oil well.
