Sucker rod

Sucker rod products are one of our company's leading products. The product is produced in accordance with API SPEC 11B and SY/T5029 standards, and has obtained API SPEC11B standard certificate and domestic industrial product production license. The product adopts special processing technology to develop pumping rod products that are suitable for domestic and foreign oil fields, such as HL, HY, KD, D grade, etc., with ultra-high strength, high strength and toughness, and surface spraying materials. At the same time, non API standard high-strength, straightening and scraping wax, high corrosion resistance, screw pump specific anti torsion drive and other special purpose pumping rod products are developed and designed, which are widely used in major oil fields at home and abroad.

The company has advanced semi-automatic forging equipment, leakage magnetic and eddy current testing equipment, automatic temperature control continuous step heat treatment production line, ultrasonic induction quenching machine, rod surface shot blasting strengthening and thread extrusion forming CNC lathe.
