Mud pump cylinder liner series

Our company has a history of producing mud pump cylinder liners for many years, and can produce various bimetallic cylinder liners with specifications of 2 "-12", induction hardened cylinder liners (single joint cylinder liners), ceramic cylinder liners, etc., which can fully meet the high interchangeability requirements as vulnerable parts. The inner surface of the cylinder liner is processed by honing and grinding, with a roughness of Ra0.4 or above and a surface as bright as tin. After years of market testing, the product has excellent comprehensive performance and fully meets the requirements of high-pressure jet drilling technology.

At present, the company has a monthly processing capacity of over 1500 tons, and its products are exported to countries and regions such as the United States, Canada, Dubai, and the Middle East.
