Galvanized strip pipes are generally made by first coating bare narrow strips with zinc through continuous hot-dip galvanizing equipment, processing them into galvanized strips, and then welding the galvanized strips into galvanized pipes. From a process perspective, galvanized strip pipes have a diameter of less than 4 inches and a wall thickness of less than 2.4mm due to being galvanized first and then made into pipes.
